Brasserie Les Saveurs offers all-occasion dining, with delectable à la carte menus, epicurean set lunches, blithe afternoon teas, indulgent degustation dinner menus and delightful Sunday champagne brunches. 
Enhancing your dining experience are our Maître Ds, providing personalised and heedful service, and St. Regis Sommeliers on hand to provide access to Brasserie Les Saveurs' wine cellar, featuring over 1,000 vintages from around the world.

- Lunch, 12.00 noon - 2.00pm, Mondays - Saturdays
- Afternoon Tea, 3.00pm - 5.00pm, Mondays - Thursdays
- Afternoon Tea Dance, 3.00pm - 5.00pm, Fridays & Saturdays
- Dinner, 7.00pm - 10.30pm Daily, with the sounds of our resident orchestra every Thursday, Friday & Saturday
- Sunday Champagne Brunch, 12.00 noon - 3.00pm, Sundays
