Whilst enjoying the tantalising spread of the antipasto, cold-cuts and seafood, St. Regis masterchefs also personally serve freshly prepared bite-sized portions of the restaurant’s signatures, while sommeliers fill guests’ glasses with the St. Regis’ champagne-of-choice, Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut. For SGD395++ per person, guests may also opt for Krug Grande Cuvée as their preferred champagne for the ultimate brunch experience.

The alluring buffet also presents a selection of artisan cheeses as well as a mouthwatering parade of desserts, cakes, tarts, macaroons and sweets. Diners can also partake of one hot main course from a selection of meat, poultry and fish, served à la minute.
