To me, this is the best hotel Singapore has to offer to the world.
Rooms and furnishings are truly outstanding - blending futurism with the old-world regalness hawked by the St. Regis brand.
Front-desk staff were always friendly and did their best to help and do take note of specific preferences mentioned.
Dining here is top class whether you are in the mood for a refined Asian meal or heavier Western fare.
Hotel is conveniently located at the start of Singapore's main shopping belt - quiet yet near all the action.
Soundproofing was not what I expected. Could still hear music coming from my room after I went outside and closed the door. A hotel of this quality should have 100 percent soundproofing.
Front desk gave me welcome gift of free internet which is the right of any SPG member even though I asked for Starpoints. Starpoints not credited yet.
Sour, but still not enough to spoil the various weapons (design, dining, service, SPG recognition) this hotel has at its disposal. Will be back.
