My girlfriend and I stayed here for 4 days and it was a wonderful experience. We used the Amex Fine Hotels and Resorts program to book our stay and couldn't be happier. My flight landed at 645am (arrived at hotel around 8am) and they were able to have an upgraded room ready before 11am! That set the stage for a wonderful 4 day trip, the service was amazing, the food/dining options were immaculate, and the pool was wonderful and relaxing. The only item I have is that the clock (with "iphone" connection) was still using the plug of the original iphone... may need a small tech refresh there to keep pace with some of the newer hotels.
