First time in Singapore as well as girls’ trip with one of my friends. She and I loved our Lady Astor room with 2 queen beds! The classic elegance of our room and the hotel’s amazing aesthetics overall were breathtaking. From a service standpoint, all was exceptional particularly our interactions with Shahryl! He is exemplary personified per his knowledge, professionalism, warmth, suggestions, and patience with two American ladies with high expectations! I cannot thank you enough for everything Shahryl and because of you, I plan on coming back to your phenomenal hotel! Cheers, Mellie
