SPG1

We arrived very early in the morning after a long overnite flight and were able to immediately check into an upgraded suite for a reasonable additional fee (ie our assigned suite was not yet available). As a platinum, 4pm checkout was assumed (how nice not having to negotiate for it as sometimes is the case !). The location was perfect.... right off Orchard Rd and walking distance to many spots of interest. The butler service well complimented the overall excellent ecperience at the hotel.
